Mark Regan - B.A., B.Ed., CSCS, SPI
Strength and Conditioning Co-ordinator / Slo Pitch Softball Instructor

Mark brings to Centrefield over 16 years experience as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach. He coaches Football and Track and Field, while also assisting a variety of athletes to reach their full potential by developing and overseeing their strength and conditioning programs. Mark has worked with athletes who play football, hockey, baseball, basketball, and track and field. He has worked with athletes in the NHL, OHL, CIS, NCAA, CFL, MLB and is currently working closely with our very own Chris Robinson. Mark is also an avid Slo Pitch Softball player. He has competed as an Outfielder at the highest level in Canada and the U.S. for the past 20 years. He is a five time Softball Canada Senior Men's Canadian Champion and has been selected to the Softball Canada National Tournament All Star team on six occasions. Mark will oversee the Speed and Agility programs, the Strength and Conditioning programs, as well as individual hitting and fielding instruction for Slo Pitch Softball.

Jeff Gare - Slo Pitch Softball Instructor

Jeff has acheived many accomplishments in the world of Slo Pitch.  A native of London Ontario, Jeff has represented Team Canada in the inaugural Border Battle against Team USA in 2009 and 2010.  He is a 5 Time National Champion, 6 Time Provincial Champion, 3 Time Eliminations Champion, PIF Champion, 4 Time Canadian All-Star Selections, Canadian MVP and a PIF All-Star Selection, and 2 Time Canadian Champion.  With over 15 years of elite level slo pitch experience, Jeff is looking forward to sharing his knowledge with the slo pitch members at Centrefield.

Todd Cadenhead - Slo Pitch Softball Instructor

Todd is currently playing in his 19th season of competitive softball, the last 17 seasons at the A level. He enjoys the challenge of competing at the highest level of softball playing across Canada and the USA. He has had the privilege of representing Canada at the 2009 and 2010 Border Battle and has been the brand ambassador for Mizuno since 2007. Playing with and against the best slo-pitch players in the world has provided Todd with the experience to continually improve on all aspects of the game. Todd's accomplishments include: 4 time Canadian Champion, Canadian All Star, 2 time Northern Shootout Champion, PIF Champion, 9 time Eliminations Champion, 7 time SPO A Provincial Champion, Northern Shootout Homerun Derby Champion, Northern Shootout MVP, 2 time member of Canadian National Border Battle Team, 2 time Captain of Team Canada, Long Haul Bomber Tour Hitter for Mizuno at Rogers Centre in Toronto.
